Tough week for the 'hang bainers.'

Started out promising enough with police 'rejecting' the suggested evidence from David Giles that there was the probability of the gunshot residue showing on the thumb of Robin Bain in a crime scene photo. The rejoicing became somewhat muted when the nutjobs read the released reports instead of just salivating over the 'headlines'. There it was revealed that the ESIR scientist was unable to rule out that it was gsr and the police confirmed lines that were visible (but said not to exist by many of the gabbling sisters) were possibly from aged injuries. Of course the police didn't have the support of their own pathologist who had earlier said there were no marks present on the thumb in the morgue. So more on that to come.

It was with some excitement that a recycled 'mama' with a thing about donkeys was a candidate for mayor, as she, it, her, had done many times before only to discover that her previous rejection by her own town wasn't a transient situation but permanent. Now there may be questions for that same person as to whether a stalker and member of a hate-site is a fit and proper person to be at the Bar. The sisters were being rejected all round while one of their number again publicised a paedophile bent on line, only to snivel off and complain when the natural accusations were levelled against him or her, that attempting to excuse acts of paedophilia are actually supporting such acts. The dirty side to the sisters revealed once again., not one of them taking umbrage that the dirty old coot should express his 'benign' acceptance of acts that don't warrant mentioning here.

As these ducks of failure line up, hovering above has been the spectre of the ultimate betrayal of one another that is the 'sisterhood' - the defamation trial of Parker and Purkiss which begins today. For the man who considered he would start a political party on the strength of the number of members of his hate-sites his support has largely gone. He's been left to it, used and abused by those that now slink back into the shadows, some of whom have changed not only their cyber identities but their real identities, one such person being Annette Curran who introduced 'stalking' as a tool for the twisted sisters.

Today has been put aside for Legal argument and pre-trial matters. With large swathes excised by the Courts from their original defence Kent and Vic will have even less by the end of the day. While due process must be observed at all costs it sees inevitable that the 2 men will have little  of any substance to offer as a defence. Even a late swerve away and putting some of the blame on other members of the group will be too little too late. The words 'right thinking New Zealanders' will be consigned to history as the catch cry of modern day witches and a lynch mob fascinated by fire at night and the hangman's noose. No wonder they now cringe from the light. Does just one of them have the fortitude or strength of character to apologise. the ability to accept their own short comings and accept that it was self-hate and inadequacy that drove them on in their lust for blood and violence - I wouldn't bet on it.

Do they ponder now the 'mountain of evidence' now evaporated into tearful mist, the lies about strip searches and the planting of evidence, the leadership of the garbage written by Van Beynan as he stalked jurors and omitted the truth that always proved Robin's guilt - certainly not, because those with that capacity long ago left the ranks realising the mistake and the bizarre surroundings of 'right thinking New Zealanders' who saw it as right to lie, threaten to take away children, employ gang members to sort out the families of those that dared to reject the sister's threats, to sabotage family and work situations even lay false complaints with police - and all for what, to be proved wrong and to slink away after dropping Parker and Purkiss in it facing dire financial forebodings.

The Bain hate-siters still tumble.

Has been an interesting watch as more of the 'twisted sisters' have got their marching orders from the message boards of Trade Me. Nobody could say they haven't had a good run in spreading their lies in order to generate hate against Bain, Binnie, Karam and others. The real point is that they should never have had the opportunity. Opinion is one thing, but when opinion is argued using lies then the intention is not to express a view, but rather to convince others using lies. All those lies have a person at the other end, in this case ultimately David Bain. It isn't opinion that David wasn't stripped search, it's actually a lie intended to show that David killed his family because he had 'fresh' injuries, but it goes further because it therefore states that Karam knows the 'truth' that David had scratches on his chest on the morning of the murders. So the circle has played out for a long time. Jeeves-50 has continued that for years, saying the same thing over and over again despite all the evidence to the contrary. Nobody can be that dumb, it's all intentional to say David was the killer and therefore Karam, Reed, and Binnie all know, and are liars and manipulators of the truth.

That is more than lies, it's clear defamation intending to damage the life and reputations of those Jeeves and his twisted sisters have targeted. I wrote about these less than subtle intentions to Trade Me years ago, and whether or not the hate site message is finally breached by the recent banning's, the message seems to finally be getting through. It's an appropriate time to the step back to look at the intentions, Ralph Taylor (Jeeves-50) has lied about the Bain case for years, in doing so he's been defamatory of others Yet it's the bigger picture of the individual lies of he, and others like 'cookingwithgas' and 'therafter,' as to what their intentions are - those intentions are becoming clearer. They've lied and lied to ensure that people hate David, Joe Karam, in order to protect Robin Bain. Although in fact they've done a great disservice to Robin Bain, because they've keep alive his name years after it should have moved into the past -  they've ensured that others such as David Giles have continued to 'look.'

Now, we see that 'looking' has provided evidence that Robin Bain's hands were in fact bloodied and bruised, consistent with him killing his family. That is clear, so is the fact that there were no injuries to David's chest on the morning his family were killed but there was blood, smeared blood and gunshot residue on the hands of his father. Those hands are the key to the case, the key to why the sisters have needed to lie. With that truth revealed, the public have a right to know about the significance of the 'white opera' gloves Robin chose to wear. Learn the answer as to why Detective Inspector Peter Robinson retired early, the opportunity to reflect upon what may have driven Robin to have felt angry and embarrassed enough, not only by the allegations of incest against him, but if he may have learnt that other 'fellows,' who understood the wearing of white gloves, had taken advantage of Laniet Bain in a way that made life impossible to face for Robin. The public need to know that, also whether those such as Ralph Taylor have been striving to cover up something more than the guilt of Robin Bain.

The hate-siters, who really is to blame?

Imagine a group of folks who are never happy unless they're unhappy. Or putting it another way, who can't be happy without being unhappy. It's a state of mind. A miserable state of mind that sees no good unless it relates to somebody suffering and which can then can be 'down loaded' by the viewer of the misery with a good dallop of hate. Discharging hate in such a way is pleasurable, of course only a temporary pleasure because as most people know a deep well of hate can't be emptied by off loading onto others. It takes courage to deal with the hate of oneself. Rather than being a vehicle for hate, in so much that as much as hate can be 'transferred' no void is created because fresh hate is generated in its place.

So it's a cycle of hate, a person never being happy unless they're down loading onto others. It's a hiding thing   as well, because although people who hate will join 'together' they're merely combining their hate into a safe fortress that they believe won't be, or can't be challenged. Safety in numbers results from the combining, also there is the confidence and 'pleasure' that they'll go unchallenged for what ever they say or do among their peer group. I think I have described the Bain 'hate' cultists. After 3 to 4 years experience I can say that I have never seen on a message board or within their own various hate-sites such 'Guilty Free Forums,' JFRB or Counterspin any hate-siter remonstrating with others for being untruthful for plotting against people, stalking or making threats. That is clearest evidence of all that the 'cults' are open to all and the only requirement is hating David Bain, Joe Karam and in some ways unfortunately, people seen to be 'supporting' them.

The word 'support' is loaded with meaning for a hate-siter, it can mean as little as being unsure about evidence in the Bain case, or merely being interested in the Law and logic applied to the case. It is as termed in the early american 'gangster scenes' of the mid 1900 of 'if they're not for us, then they're against us.' So clearly a hate-siter or what he or she does or says is not to be questioned or you are against them. That means in my case at least everything possible will be done to hurt me or my family. Only a deeply troubled mind, one in fact filled with hate, could possibly extend malice in such a way and then employ from a familiar 'tool kit:' lies and false allegations. The 'false allegations' are of the type used to justify the anger employed. For example we have Kalnovitch claiming for as long as possible that I sent her a threatening letter, then when the letter is published on here, and else where, and is seen to be moderate in tone and conciliatory  it suddenly becomes a 'letter' to her daughter and quite quickly soon after another letter in her imagination. So the proven formula, lies then 'justified' hostility.

The same with Christine Williams in various disguises claiming to be threatened by mail, and from memory a 'mystery' phone call. That this apparently happened after Williams had threatened to send gang member 'relations' to my home, abduct my children (by saving them in her deeply disturbed threats) was therefore somehow justified, by what, the same tools as always invention and lies. When Annette Curran's hate site leaked through google and all the 'hidden' information of 'right thinking nzers' emerged, the claim was that the site had been 'hacked.' Again, no embarrassment about plots to make false complaints about others, to stalk them and so on - just protests of how the information 'escaped.' A familiar pattern, no self analysis, but simply blame and hate. Which I think brings arrival to a inescapable point: will the hate-siters ever achieve anything to their satisfaction.

I think the answer is no, no person can be a willing vessel for hate and expect happiness, a sense of achievement or satisfaction. That is the reason why as all else has failed there is no relief in sight for the hate-siters, it's not just the pending court cases it's the fact that David Bain has become untouchable to their hate, effectively that has endured for a long time, the last time of any significance that the hate crew were able to land a 'blow' was martin van beynan's bizarre question at the Perth Justice Conference. Even the most recent rehashes of 'old and re-invigorated' arguments in light of the Judicial Review have made no impact, just as they have never made an impact since the failed re-trial. The truth has escaped and is living free of the hate-siters. The question of compensation is important, obviously of critical importance to the hate-siters because they have lost all else. Presuming for a moment compensation was not granted, would that be a victory for the twisted sisters?

The answer is no because unfortunately David has been found not guilty and there is no going back on that. There is nothing to be achieved whether David gets a payment or not for the hate-siters, because all they have, and ever have had, is a bond in hate, the product of which is their own self-inflicted misfortune. When I wrote to Kalnovitch pointing out that she had submerged herself into something from which their was no benefit I was referring to the pointlessness of embracing hate and disguising it with lies, that hasn't changed compo or no compo.

Hate-siters, lost in Paradise.

Since 2008 I have been crossing swords with the hate-sites. I think I'm fairly qualified to describe their tactics and that which brings them together in a single word: hate. Most people have a line of restraint, a point they seldom would go past, a point at which they might disassociate themselves from their fellows having felt things had gone too far. Young men, particularly troubled young men often have few boundaries to their behaviour and seek out others who are like minded. Time, or experiences, maturity, self awareness often bring home restraints and the ability to withdraw from social circles were boundaries are few and far between and where expected codes of conduct are violence, law breaking or drug taking and so on.

So who would the average hate-siter be? Typically older, not extremely bright and with a 'right' to act immorally in any number of ways. Probably foremost lying, then personal attacks. Just two quick characteristics until someone looks a little deeper. The hate-siters campaign is "Justice' for the dead Robin Bain and broadly the 'victims.' Of course the hangbainers in supporting the victims have no qualms about rubbishing Robin's wife and his daughters to the point of calling them liars and so on in such a fashion that it could be said the hate-siters victimise the victims. But lying is the interesting word, they call the victims liars. The call David Bain a liar, in fact everybody not agreeing with them is a liar. By virtue of the opposition to the 'cause,' all being liars, then it appears it is important that the hate-siters identify them, their families and associates where ever possible. The next bit is difficult to accept but easy to explain, because everyone else are apparently liars and that the hangers are not liars themselves, but in fact sort of apostles for the dead Robin and his family, who also happen to be liars - then it okay for the 'gifted ones' to lie themselves. If they didn't lie the real liars would get away with telling lies and therefore they would be persecuting the dead father. Of course the 'relationship' with the dead father was important but not as important as being a 'right thinking New Zealander.'

Being right thinking is actually the right to first of all lie, and then to stalk opponents. Part of that 'enlightenment' is to show no concern for other 'sisters' breaking the law or lying. In 4 years I've never seen a hate-siter distance themselves from the action of other hate-siters. No other part of society, apart possibly from gangs, willingly accepts the behavior of law breaking and other social codes. It's the Law of the Cult at work. People (cults) who hold to a concept that they are right and that everyone else is wrong, so allowing them to justify the actions of themselves personally and others whom they 'associate' with. The personal attacks are the 'acting out' of being right, the victims of this 'acting out' are not actually victims at all but a type of collateral not to be distinguished in any human way apart from their relationship with the 'target' liar. This is the dispassion of psychopathy,  the ability to be unable to see a victim as anything other than a 'target' in a greater war, whether that victim is involved directly against 'the cause,' or not, it doesn't matter. Landing 'hit's on the personalities of the opposition is in some weird way accounting for what is 'wrong' or what 'fails' in the persecutors argument. In short, targeting the opposition, proves the argument of the demented few. Well, at least in their own small minds. Small minds in which  one hate-participant feeds off the other, but never distances them self from errant behaviour, never, never, never - because the ability to discern right from wrong is lost in being 'right.' Nothing exists other than being right, it becomes their very existence and the reason why the hate-campaigners supporting the late David Bain keep re-appearing using new names or new guises and apparently unaware of the obvious - that there are only a few members of the sites that remain, and of that few  have been able to moderate their behaviour, so much so that the case is there are few nominees as to who each 'new' person or 'attacker' might be. While the sisters appear to whole heartedly believe they are right, they also whole heartedly believe that they don't identify themselves or one another as they play their only tune, lie and hunt.

CounterSpin: Countersunk?

Old Kenty must have been beside himself when he dreamed up the idea of riding into Parliament on a campaign of twisting the truth. The fact that he was an opportunist doesn't count against him, because opportunism is, and can be a treasured asset. But a person has to think about what an 'opportunity' really is, the core of the opportunity, whether they want to embrace it and if it will fly.

Make no mistake Kent Parker wasn't the first person to begin spreading 'spin' about the Bain case, that happened long before his involvement and arose out of the precincts of the Dunedin Police as early as 1994. We got the paper run 'alibi,' the photo of David carried from the scene and the later presentation that his shock and bewilderment was 'acting,' that the murder weapon was smeared in blood, that Robin Bain had no  injuries, that the suicide 'scene' had been carefully constructed by an off beat youth whose extended family had wiped their hands of, a computer message, witchcraft and a list of other things as it turns out too bizarre to be true. That has been the cross roads for Parker and his hate-site members, they believed without clinical observation, they believed because they wanted to, and that by believing could promote themselves above others unable to clearly see the truth, the facts, the 'simplicity' of it all.

Anyone who has children knows that as they develop, learn reasoning, they no longer accept things on face value, in fact they enjoy in most circumstances grappling with the feasibility of things in order to understand the mechanics, physics or human nature of events as part of the natural curiosity that drives us along. Sometimes of course that curiosity drives us in the wrong direction, most often because of personal make-up, upbringing, environment and so on. In the modern world most of those impediments to clear reasoning can be left behind, brain function and progressiveness endures into old age so that a person matures - perhaps also matures from a previous lifestyle, or environment or lifestyle choices. It is at this point that show how odd Parker and his cohorts are. They brought no discernment or logic to their decisions, well, certainly not with David Bain.

Even now it is plain to see, for the remaining few of them, that they still don't realise they were used. That they were seen as gullible, able to be influenced and used by others in order to sell the failed campaign of injustice against David Bain. In time they fit back in the early years of childhood, gobbling up spell binding stories of horror, one with real and living characters to it, they can listen to all such things and be, like the author, or story teller - a white knight emerging through the darkness. This despite the reality that the true story was before them at all times, and the narrator, as narrators will want to do, was leading them down a path so that when they emerged it was into darkness and scripted as villains and ogres.

Most of us have a point in time when we may feel sorry for the bewilderment of an adversary, even when that adversary has acted with deceit and malice in all that they've done. Sorry, perhaps, because the way that person sees them is in conflict with reality, the world, how others will view them. It was never a noble cause to spread hate about David Bain, it was never a noble cause to hungrily swallow all ill spoken of him and ignore facts instead. It was never commendable to speak of understanding things that couldn't be understood or didn't make sense by harbouring a view that the holder of the truth was enlightened and those that resisted must be struck down in some way.

I suspect that Kent Parker never had the character to be concerned that what he was doing might be wrong and hurting others. I think he is one of those real individuals who have no ability to reason compassion, to be restrained on a matter until being sure, and even then, if proceeding, not to so in a way that hurts others or promotes others being hurt. But you can see why he drew in so many nutters, because if they believed he didn't question them. He gave them a home, men and women who at first appeared quite reasonable, and reasoning but who soon got lost in themselves, their own inadequacies and bitterness.

Many have left Parker and the crusade of a few bent cops and their media pals behind, good on them for that because obviously the truth of this case has become more and more apparent. However, a few hang in, and they're not the brightest. One most recently has offered to 'peer review.' Justice Binnie's decision, this is  a guy who has 'studied' the case for years and 'shows' it by still sprouting some of the obvious spin now many years outdated. Of course despite the hate-siters generally saying that they would accept the Binnie decision and in fact were looking forward to it, many have now turned sour. Some are going to write to the 'Minister' no doubt to tell the Minister the truth as they see it or have been told. These of course are the same people who had their submissions returned to them unopened, and who are probably seen as nutters even in Parliament. Their accusations that Binnie may not have written his own report but that 'someone' else may have, conspiracies abound and I imagine that nutter in particular considers that Joe Karam or some other some how wrote the report.

In all it just shows how tragic and pathetic these people are. One or two of my correspondents consider them to also be dangerous and I suppose they are because that have certainly threatened all sorts of violence in the past - however they seem more like turtles on their backs, at the moment, that need righting and being led to water. The exception is of course is that the legendary turtle wins the race so in fact the hate-siters are the flash Harry's who with 5 minutes of experience from swallowing a few mouthfuls of bs lay in the glare of their own importance, while the turtle, always to task - wins the race.

What about Annette Curran ...hate-siter.

That's golfergold, or goobergoof as I sometimes use to call her.

She was a feeder. She fed information into the hate-campaign. against David Bain. She often attributed some of that material to Michellemosse a person attached to Otago University. Michellemosse herself spoke of information she was aware that would be presented at the retrial from a famous Forensic Pathologist she knew, ultimately paving the way for the disastrous conflicting evidence from the Crown's own experts.

The source of Curran's other lies are unaccounted for, but work continues on that. Her campaign was short on confirmation and high on accusation because she is a stalker. She sought out every detail of anyone that opposed her group, noted where they worked, their families and fed it to the hungry pack of mangy dogs that gathered about her. She keeps a site going that she should shut down. If not shut down made public, with a public apology to the people and children she attacked, or encouraged others to attack. The site leaked into cyberspace her and the other hate-siters at work discussing their 'enemies' and what they might do to them or their families. Curran even briefly attended the retrial and may have been among the hate-supporters that hissed at the Jury in the lift one day.

Annette Curran has been among the vanquished from the time her hate-site spilt it's guts into cyberspace. The question is why she still retains her 'private' site, perhaps she is waiting for an order for it to be closed down, perhaps she is inviting litigation similar to that faced by Trade Me and which they had to settle at high cost.

The hate-sites are reeling and this weeks news that another internet player has acknowledged that people can be defamed and harassed on the internet is the worst possible news for them. They don't laugh now, no doubt many of them have worked hard to separate themselves from among the number that once felt they ruled the New Zealand internet with their defamation, stalking and threats against anybody that dared oppose their 'superior' wisdom and 'fight' for Justice, never seeing for a moment that a campaign to apparently 'right' some perceived wrong can be unlawful because of some entitlement of 'good and power.'

The 'good and power' has fallen quiet now, lying on the shores as a rotting carcass killed by its own vitriol and hatred, a self poisoned wreck that failed to ever reach the high water mark. Cast down in it's own lies and deceit. How proud Curran, O Brien, Newton, Cochrane and others must feel now to see their 'good' fight exposed as flesh rotting from the core of its own poisoned gut. If Curran can't find the courage to apologise she should just delete her site and hope that it is soon forgotten.

A hate-siters view of the world

The following was blogged elsewhere and is a great example of the way a hate-siter sees the world. The poster reveals that harassing David Bain and Joe Karam is a hobby, and that it keeps his mind alert. He appears quite chuffed by the lawyers analogy that he was like a car the lawyer once had that after the motor was turned off it would start up again, apparently unaware that the lawyer teasingly admonishing him for wasting his time.

All rather innocent, if somewhat inane, until the poster clearly relaxed goes on to point out that David Bain and Joe Karam have virtually got what's coming to them for going about their lawful business. I've blogged a little about books recently and this hate-siter demonstrates the reaction I written about that the hate-siters have to books or anything they 'deem' evil or dangerous. Freedom of speech or writing is therefore dangerous, but so is simply living your life as a free man without the approval of a coven of hate-siters, Freedom from persecution doesn't even get a look in with this sick fellow because he is 'entitled' to start the 'motor up again' in reaction to what Joe or David might decide to do.

The poster interestingly enough, was speaking with my lawyer, an unsolicited call to lie about an agreement he signed to avoid a court case continuing against him. A call of which this person anticipates is free, that the lawyer works for free for the 'old motor mouth' that just starts up again after it has shut down. This person claims that he doesn't know about any agreement although he signed it first, he claims it was never returned in the mail to him. Although he obviously knows the proceedings, until now, had been suspended on both his word and his signature to an agreement. So he is a dishonest welcher, who won't even pay for his own lawyer and thinks that persecution is a 'hobby.'

This man is of very low intelligence, or just cunningly stupid. He abided by the agreement faithfully, even wrote to Trade Me giving details of the agreement that he wrote that he had signed until he entered his mind that he might resume his activities 'under disguise.' A disguise, unfortunately for him, that was immediately obvious. He then went through a series of excuses until ringing my lawyer to claim that there was no agreement because he'd never received it 'back.' Of course none of that explains why the Court was informed of the agreement, why he abided by the agreement, including writing to Trade Me and explaining that in some detail (he obviously didn't expect that TM might check his 'story' out) - none would explain any of those things, nor his apparent willingness to continue his stalking and harassing under disguise, which when found out, he immediately denied before give a series of explanations each more fantastic than the former. He may even think that he convinced the lawyer and therefore me, and that we are both some how stupid or forgiving of an old man who thinks harassment is a past time. This same fellow had an indecent fixation with somebody in my family and has written at least twice about reasons that might 'excuse' paedophilia. Many people will know who he is and might consider why he wouldn't 'keep his head down.' Many people might wonder why this hate-site administrator 'raises his head above the parapet' but he will have time to have that considered in Court, along with the merit of his word and his 'hobby.'


Yvette,to be honest,I have to agree with you.I was speaking to a lawyer yesterday[not mine,I don't have one]and he reckoned that I and others like me should get a hobby.I told him this is my hobby.Actually, I do find it keeps the old mind alert,specially the memory.He likened some of us to a car he had,he said he used to turn the motor off and it would start up again.
Look,if only Bain would keep his head down.Everything had gone reasonably quiet,and then we had the news about the compensation claim.Then he pops up on TV3.Then he speaks at that injustice conference.And of course there was that book.
Every time he raises his head above the parapet the motor starts up again.Jinny and I have been at it for over two years.Same old,same old.

Court update for the dear sisters.

Three men from further south, who have been biding their time are due their appointment in Court as a priority now. They are firmly on their own, despite their hopes that perhaps TM would shelter them, fight their fight for them, attend to the view that freedom of speech allows stalking and threats. Of course some months ago they expressed their preference to 'not attend' Court despite the fact they were so willing to 'attend' to the business and private life's of others for which they are now brought to account.

Sometimes, I just think heck, and oh goodness.

But fingerprints were found on David's gun.Period.There were also smudges found indicating that someone had wiped the gun down to remove them

Now we have fingerprints on the rifle again, smudged this time from being 'wiped down.' Isn't there one idiot amongst the host of them that can keep the story straight or who realises the fragility of fingerprints and their resistance to certain surfaces and substances? We go from heaps of fingerprints, to only Davids, then to Davids and Stephens, then no fingerprints apart from Davids because they had been wiped off. Will the real fingerprints please stand up and close the asylum doors.

another who is practising on the violin wearing glasses with false tear ducts - just for the morose and miserable affect,
but the last and probably most interesting - spilling the beans. I suspect his effort in spilling the beans is probably deliberate, but done in such a way to allow him to say it was a 'mistake.' We can expect more mistakes from him, and more confessions.

But don't worry other hate-siters, the truth won't come out. This is all just a joke, I'm just having a little fun. I thought it was fantastic when you targeted my family, so fantastic that I have all the energy I need to track down the lot of you and expose you before the law you purported to up hold. You struck at the principle of Justice and Justice will strike back, but don't believe me.

It's going to be interesting to finally get the names of 'posters' such as redanimal, green_nz, fkrueger, slimdusty2, janejetson,.....

that will help complete a story. In fact all the banned TM posters from the Bain threads, might require a Court Order - but then again it in the interest in the preservation of Justice and freedom of speech. Not to forget the Jury and witness stalkers as well. The following 'new' poster has arrived on the boards with a full knowledge of the hate-site propaganda, he is using material directly of Counterspin.
This person is clearly a formerly banned poster, he has told another poster to stop posting. The 2nd poster mike2109 wrote on the boards on Saturday of receiving phone calls last September while he was posting on the Bain threads and which caused him to stop posting.

FKrueger repeats that harassment below, telling the poster mike2109 to stop posting.

At a time when the issue of the boards being used for defamatory harassment and stalking is being scrutinized it is disappointing in the extreme to see TM still allowing such behaviour. This 700 strong group of nutters who call themselves fighters for Justice, are little more than deluded morons who have stalked witnesses, jurors, TM member and their families whilst at all times spouting lies about the case, despite that they present a danger to all those that cross them and many instances of their threats and stalking remain on file. In post 15763 below kruger makes offensive comment against David Bain and talks about compelling evidence which is completely false.

These are only two samples of this hate-siters work, spreading lies and threatening other posters.

I will take this material to Court to indicate how the harassment and defamation continues.

Say what you like only a fool would ignore compelling evidence such as the glasses evidence, the bloody fingerprints and his brothers blood on the back and front of his T shirt and his shorts, and as for the Jury member who commented after the trial, these are her words [ “I take exception to this flawed characterisation of David Bain’s not guilty verdict. As a jury, we did not necessarily find David innocent, or Robin guilty. Our task was to determine if David Bain’s guilt was proved beyond reasonable doubt] BOP is a much higher standard again from a trial, so David has no show of compensation and will live forever having the stigma of being guilty on the BOP. He would have been far better off confessing and begging forgiveness to his extended family, its just a damn shame an over zealous Amateur detective intervened.

It's fairly clear that the hate-siters have a lot on their

plates. What started out as a feast has turned to manure. I guess it wouldn't be so bad for them to be in retreat if they had achieved something, but all they've really achieved is being brought to Justice. They claimed to be upholding Justice for Robin Bain when they got into their law breaking. They were full of self-righteousness, a common cause, splinter interests from pedo-supporters through to Police cover ups.

But when you think about it those splinter interests were always going to work against each other, particularly so when under the control of idiots like Stockdale and Parker whose major interest was in themselves and self-promotion. Van beynan, somewhere between finding fertile prejudice to promote himself and enhancing his reputation and favouritism with Police. The bros, the pedo-hiders, the righteous, the religious punishing angels, the purely bad who wished just for hangings or expression of hangings to saliva over. The mix was never going to work even before they entered in law breaking. How easily they defeated themselves, those that now whimper and hide.

But I'm grateful to the pen of Stockdale, in establishing the links and splinter groups in a most revealing way. He's done well in his self-betrayal.

There seems to be a lot going on, and no doubt there will be a lot more.

The following shows the continued vulnerability of board users and members of the public for TM allowing the particular Bain, Karam threads to run. The poster below, having no trades, having just arrived on the boards cites 'information' about the boards and a previous poster ro who has not posted on TM for a long time. Not only is this recycled poster's material offensive and untrue, it adds weight to my ongoing concern that the hate-sites continue to use the small hours, new identities for continued personal attacks on TM member or their families. The hate-siters simply keep reinventing themselves and TM allow it, and which each reinvention the threat to other board members and their families continues because of the common purpose of the hate-siters.
By law this group, acting either individually or collectively were required to have made two 'specified' Acts in the previous 12 months to be seen to be acting as unlawfully, in this case there are literally hundreds, and the harassment, threats, and intimidation continues.

Food for further thought this poster uses the word 'us' in describing behavior, everyone knows who the 'us' is (are) and the intimidating pressure the word is sought to bring, and this from someone just posting but posting of a history. Go figure.

Interesting to note that some morons, and idiots like Rachael Dickleberry, are upset that Kennard and Stockdale are gone. Seem to think it is mischief, well there was mischief from them - deliberate lies now sitting in a Court file along with instances of their, and others, stalking and harassment over a long period of time.

Consider this, if you write an anonymous letter to the Editor, it doesn't result in yourself, your family, your friends, or workmates being stalked or threatened. Write to the owner of guiltyfreeforums asking for the full names of Kalnovitch and Wanakafan, seek Court authority if denied. Wanakafan and kalnovitch are family stalkers and need to brought to task. Christine Williams can wait because she is known and the evidence against her substantial already. Can put Kent Parker in anytime, overwhelming evidence against him as well. Can't thank Annette Curran for all of it, but she played a major part in outing her 'mates' criminally stalking.

Some information for you. Since November 2010 some TM banned and current members have attempted to set up their activities on the message boards of Sella, introducing David Bain and Joe Karam topics. As the result of advice to them that the particular people were from hate-sites, and who had been, and were involved in stalking, harassment and defamation along with some facing allegations (at that time) of defamation in the Auckland High Court, Sella stopped all Bain/Karam threads and have progressively stopped any thread where even by subtle suggestion the hate-siters attempt to spread their message of hate. The main 'protagonists' have been the permanently banned TM posters Kalnovitch, DCameron, dustproof and misspw along with a previously banned stalkers Luckytrader and TM's favoured current stalker superslueth (Stockdale.)
It appears what while TM believe is impossible to happen, that is proper monitoring and zero tolerance to stalking and threats, in fact it is entirely possible to removing topics likely to result in further defamation or the incitement of hate through the dissemination of lies and propaganda. Tellingly, the idiot Stockdale, quickly moved on from Sella and back to the 'safe' haven of TM late last year. Sort of tells me something.
Although I am only speculating, it seems that not only do Sella take the safety of their members seriously and apply the rules across the boards without fear or favour, but they also maintain mainstream print media standards to ensure their site acts lawfully, socially responsibly and within centuries old standards. I note that board users easily adapt to this and I expect to see a standard raised where decent language and concepts are discussed on the internet as indeed they would be in person.
These are of course more things that TM will have to deal with and from any point of view it is most unfortunate for those that have fallen foul of the hate-siters stalking and harassment, the irony is not lost on me that TM as the largest national message board act the most recklessly and inconsistently with common sense, good practice and legally while a much smaller board has the capacity and inclination to set standards of safe practice.

If the hate-sites were all legitimate why is it that they're

all closed down? Not a press release in sight, no prophesying or boasting of a petition, no pledges remaining of seeing the 'good' work done.
I wonder if it's because of the various allegations of defamation and stalking that have been levelled at them, begin to stick?
What ever the case is, they'll never see the light of day as legitimate as they claimed in the beginning. They were always simply a collection of deranged nutters who falsely recognised in themselves power over others, and over the rights of others - then the wheels fell off and the vibration from their collapse to the ground continues.
But more work remains, as the outer network has crumbled and become redundant, the core root of the evil of the hate-sites becomes more exposed along with the identities of the key individuals and their law breaking. Will they remain hidden, or will they be exposed - those key identities that have betrayed themselves or been betrayed in the boasts of Stockdale and others, and in the 'safe' leaking place created by Curran and her cronies? Just trying to remember who it was that OBrien boasted about writing to for information, ah yes - now I remember.

The below are timely reminders of the hate-siters still hunting in a pack and spreading lies as they have done since 2009. This is more current material I shall use in bringing to the Court's attention that Kennard and his fellow hate-siters (and hence TM) have no concern for legal action being brought because of the ongoing situation allowed on TM where the hate-siters have continued licence to defame and harass David Bain. The posts of Trevor William Fox (luckytrader) show this, also his post makes a claim about David Bain which is an absolute lie and which remains on TM boards with TM's consent.

Consequently, I now add Trevor William Fox, to the names of Mike Stockdale of Palmerston North and Lindsay Kennard as those against whom proof exists have willing spread lies on TM in order to defame, harass and diminish in reputation David Bain and others. As with the later 2, Trevor William Fox will be enjoined with TM in proceedings which I have given you notice of that I shall proceed with should no constructive response be made by TM in relation to my complaints about these three specifically and the hate-sites generally using TM boards to spread hate by close of work Monday 31 January 2011.

You may be interested to know that there is saved in cached material on TM details of a ruling made in The High Court which was suppressed. Publication of this material on TM is clearly a Contempt of Court issue which could be penalised by imprisonment. I have kept it because it shows currently that not only do TM allow publication of defamatory material, facilitate harassment against TM members and members of the public but also, and probably more seriously (for TM,) publish suppressed material and leave it on the boards ad infinitum.

in fact, david has recently said he does not know which of the two suspects - himself or his father - killed his family, showing he does not believe his defence teams claim. it is only through discussion proving robin is innocent that we are able to help david work out who the killer is.
