Progress of the case against the stalkers.

Been some chat about this on the internet recently, mostly by the hate-siters jubilant about the case lost against them. Something, according to their normal routine, which isn't quite true. The situation is that I withdrew an application against a named a former Trade Me Director, had costs ordered against me in what was the normal fashion, but which didn't take into account a position made by TM that may well later be argued contributed to the costs. I appealed the costs and eventually reached a settlement. Not withstanding that it remains that I have options against TM itself, and in fact an indication from them earlier, to be included in the proceedings, the application against the Director resulted in TM board rules being changed, and three other defendants removed from the boards. Weighing those results gives rise to the question was it worth it? Of course only I can answer that, but I was happy to see TM reposition itself some what on the matter of board stalking and members privacy and for some of the worst offenders to be sidelined.

It remains however that the TM director was 1 of 4 defendants. 2 of whom settled, but who may yet be seen to have breached their agreements at least for a short period. Meanwhile, the Application proceeds against the remaining defendant along with a request to enjoin another hate-site member who was active before the proceedings and during them.. So the basking in the 'reflected glory' of the withdrawal of proceedings against the TM director is an attempt 'to always look on the bright side of life' as the song goes. Much of what has unfortunately found its way onto the internet is, yes as one would see as par for the course, criticism and spiteful comment about the lawyer representing me. The leopard in fact does not change it spots it merely looks for new targets to stalk. So I've written this to answer some of those unfortunate comments made by a number of hate-siters most of whom have been identified now. In the process of all of this, and looking at enjoining a 5th  person I've needed to look at the file again in detail and co-relate more recent material - even after almost 2 years it is shocking to see the attacks made against families by a group that claim to be seeking justice for Robin Bain. The same group who have attacked a jury, witnesses and even the publication of book while at all times been willing to stalk and intimidate people they see as opposition.

I recently published the musings of a hate-siter about what drove the group, or him in particular, and his contribution that if David remained silent, didn't apply for compensation as is his lawful right, if he hadn't spoken out, if 'Trial by Ambush' hadn't been published and with David having kept below 'the parapet' then the group would not be after David and others. A message for that group if they didn't get before, I repeat an opinion is one thing, law breaking, threats, lying, defamation, harassment and stalking quite another - the results of which all have lawful consequences. Along with that, in the message to this group, who defend Robin with lies, oppose his detractors unlawfully - NZ begins to see what and who you are.

Juliet Leigh and Lindsay Gurnow - driven from their home.

The two women having endured an arson attack earlier this year have again been targeted with homophobic graffiti and it's obviously frightening intention in the Northland settlement of Mangawhai. After January's arson attack they incurred around $100,000 worth of damage to their shed, office and equipment used in their floral business.

At that time locals rallied around and 7 months later just when they were coming to terms with the earlier attack, the two women in their 60s, who obviously wouldn't harm a fly, and who no doubt are strongly community minded as judged by the community support they received, had 'God hates dikes + qeers' sprayed across their back fence in black paint.

It wasn't reported but I would expect the second intrusion is what they had dreaded for months after the first attack and were only slowly feeling confident living their own lives in their own home when the second attack happened. No doubt on of the worst things for the couple is that they know they are dealing with a nutter or nutters whom may not know when to stop. It's a short call from burning a shed to throwing a Molotov through a bedroom window. As well as the issue of looking at strangers and neighbours and wondering if they were involved earlier or know something about it, and being almost constantly on the look out for danger.

Well I hope they don't shift, I hope their community rallies around them again to strengthen in the face of this cowardly hate. It's difficult to think of a more harmless job than arranging flowers in order to bring beauty and appreciation into other people's life's. As to the perpetrator(s) it's difficult to imagine someone more cowardly and afraid of their own insignificance and personal value that needs to strike back at a bizarre world they've conjured from ignorance and fear.

Be strong Juliet and Leigh, don't be fearful because your fear is what this person or persons need in order to make their own lives seem less pathetic and to give them a sense of power. Harry Cohan described the 'whipping boys' those that others look for to persecute in order to hide their own insecurities and doubts, terribly weak people who hate themselves so much they must off-load that hate elsewhere in order to bolster themselves however temporarily. But if you should leave(and who could blame you if you do) I'm sure you will remain strong and I wish you well.

I'll finish here with some words from Juliet..

Interesting standoff between Brian Edwards and Sunday Star Times brat.

Brian Edwards called for the SST to release the notes or a recording of an alleged conversation between cub 'reporter' Johnathan Marshall and Amanda Hotchin.
It appears that the cub brat is of a generation of reporters who think they have the right to demand explanations and interviews by going uninvited onto property or accosting people in the street. I'm fully sympathetic to the view that Amanda Hotchin and her children are off bounds, so too Mark Hotchin if that is his decision. There is no lawful requirement for any person to submit comment and in fact often the attempts border on harassment. If Hotchin has something to answer for it will be the authorities that make that decision and further more Amanda Hotchin is not under any investigation that I am aware of, so where does brat kid get off?
But you can feel the hostility and arrogance of this 'man' not just by what he has attempted to do, what he has 'quoted' and his failure to back it up, but by his gambit against Edwards who simply asked for notes or recordings of the 'interview' as a way to discover the truth. He, Marshall - in what he must consider an all time excellent punch line - remarked, 'Brian Edwards, I didn't know he was still alive.' How roundly amusing for him, such wit and intellect from a 'serious' journalist. And now that the hostilities have begun with Marshall being asked for some facts, he replied in a manner of contempt. Behaviour from him however, highly consistent with the drip bag he has displayed he is.
Of course we are all products of our environments and the environment from whence Marshall evolves displays it's own arrogance but still produces no proof of the contested comment. I can't recall at the moment how many children the Hotchin family have but it is of another, and more sinister time, when children, where they live, and what they might do is justified as of public interest on the basis of who their parents are or what race they may be. All said and done is there any public benefit in attacking Hotchin's wife and family, invading their privacy for comments about things they were clearly not involved in - no there is not.
And to flippantly speak about 'facts' which are in the public interest, because Marshall has made them so, but not produce them is not in the public interest. While school boy scratching crotches and giggling from a 'reporter' who doesn't know who is alive and who is not tell the public more about Johnathan Marshall than any interview with him would ever do.

Further update on Kalnovitch and Williams......

Added to the false complaints, they also added to the material against themselves and others. On record are a number of false complaints, overtures to have them 'actioned' to in effect defeat the course of Justice. In their anger they're unable to accept that their word needs supporting evidence not just hysteria and mocked fear. They also have been unable to absorb or consider that false allegations are a serious and criminal matter.

Equally damaging is the obvious, that the 'fearful' do not continue a campaign to provoke those they are 'fearful' of, exactly what OBrien and Williams have done. The list grows and the watchers are being watched and recorded. The rope the hangbainers plaited for David seems to be becoming the proverbial noose around their own necks as they stumble, spit and vomit while they spin in circles.

But more to come. Stockdale has also made public allegations that are untrue, all of this to show that Robin wasn't the killer? How on earth does that work except in a twisted deluded mind. It will only be a few days when I will be able to say an old favourite.....such and such, 'you have mail.'

Perhaps kennard will be left alone, as he seems to have had a change of heart and admits that his persecution of David and others was unwarranted by him because he didn't 'know no facts.' Meanwhile the others are hooked, and more will be caught, those who thought they would never be found out included. Thanks for making it so easy.

has been banned then the post at 30092 is deleted so that is no longer an
issue. As things stand jeeves-50 and jmbh1 now fill the void spreading lies
about Joe Karam and the evidence in the circular process the hate-sites
Justice for Robin Bain, Counterspin and Guiltyfreeforums continue exploiting
TM boards at will to persecute David Bain and defame he, Joe Karam and
others citing non-existent evidence. Anyway, any small progress is welcomed.

You may be aware that the source of my information regarding the Bain trial
is access to the original transcript of trial #2 and that therefore any
claim I make about propaganda or deliberate lies regarding evidence has been
verified by the evidence in the first instance. I note that currently the
poster jmbh1 is frequently defaming by direct accusation the QC Michael Reed
and has done so on more than one occasion today on the current page of the

Now I think it's recognised that luckydimtwat has been on the receiving end of things for some time, and it is also notable his unusual relationship with Stockdale and Taylor. Equally, another poster has presented the idea that one of lucky's closest 'buddies' ervynpurvyn still lives at home with mummy. However, here in New Zealand, the law is already clear and the net is tightening. I see that he has recorded on Trade Me that one of the Jurors hugged the father of the deceased in the Matamata horse trainer's trial. Stockdale and Purkiss will be at this very moment be stalking that Juror and mounting a harassment campaign consistent and proper souls they claim to be. As we speak Denise Cameron, Annette Curran, Maryanne Newton and Christine Williams will be dredging the Internet for clues of the Juror's family and friends. I think we might share the same interest in seeing you brought to Justice as soon as possible. The evidence is very in depth and revealing and may well stand alone without further supporting material.

Reading the evidence gives one the impression that you are all keen to be dealt with by the Courts and that in effect you have provided online confessions.

No doubt upon reflection, you might have considered naming your site 'Confessions of Vagabond Hate-Siters.'

*The poster Trevor, user name luckytrader, member of all three hate-sites. Previously banned for stalking on TM. Prolific and unhinged defamer - likely, along with others here, to feature in the defamation proceedings.
*Denise Cameron, member of at least 2 hate-sites. Previously banned from TM for stalking. 'Famous' for claiming to have seen photos that don't exist. Long time friend of Kalnovitch.
*Ralph, jeeves50 on TM, member of JFRB and Counterspin. Fixated with being unable to discover Crown evidence of blood in the rifle barrel and silencer, obsessed with defending Robin Bain for the incest allegations made against him by a host of witnesses.

And others previously named or yet to be named.

The disturbing thing, and the site administrator and all the member of the site share responsibility for this, not one of them, not a single one protested about the stalking - they're all complicit. Not one, asked the question, 'what have the children got to do with?' Not one have the moral fortitude to distance themselves from the invasion into families lives. Not one asked what children, husbands, wives or families have to do with the so called Justice(sic)ForRobinBain.

These people have taken a heavy body blow by their own hand in the last few days, but I think we all know the nightmare they began for others has become their own. They also represent a significant base of the evidence to be used in the defamation cases, and others yet to come. Failed mission, persecutors.

Reading the posts on the various sites from this bunch of bullies, it seems obvious that collectively they were egging each other on. It also seems obvious that the continuation of the behaviour was in part due to TradeMe's failure to send them an effective message that this behaviour is not on!

Yes, I am preparing something regarding your point about Trade Me, the evidence of which is now very compelling. I put the scenario to TM over a year ago, of course they chose to ignore it, but since then the evidence has continued to build. They only have themselves to blame for the defamation charges and that is no doubt part of their reasoning in wanting to enjoin posters. Very interesting to read about xxxxxxx, I can now understand why Vic Perkiss was imploring others on Counterspin and JFRB to 'trust' him about the validity of some of the claims about the Jury. Attacks against a Jury strike at the heart of Justice, and I know that is a matter that will be addressed.

Those hate-siters who stalked TM haven't done themselves any favours for the point when it will be, or has, been considered who will be enjoined.

Deliberately wounding Laniet, most likely to make her suffer the most for having told his secrets that drove him on into death leaving his rotten dna intact inside the barrel of the rifle he killed them with before killing himself.
