Very thick it would seem by his efforts this week.
First we had him complaining about blogs that he 'was in the know' about which he claimed Joe Karam wasn't happy with. For a moment Kent was on Joe's team and sharing his same concerns. I suppose somebody swallowed it, he even had fiddly old Taylor out broadcasting the fact despite that he has no broadcasting licence.
Then a big breakthrough came, they 'knew' in the morning who the blog owner was but by evening it wasn't that person but some other, then a third and a fourth today. But what a great effort they were making to help Karam and Kent was convinced he'd been handed his defence on a 'platter.' He considered that this blog and others provided him a defence for what he'd published before these blogs even existed. Pretty thick, I don't know how he can say such things with a straight face, it might be something to do with the bo-tox treatments he was having to compliment his political campaign. Apparently he couldn't find the money to complete the treatments and at this point his facial muscles don't move and he's uglier than Stockdale's butt without the puckering effect.
He then concocted reasons why the blogs were illegal, citing that they quoted 'private' internet posts etc, however from the archives came records that his own members have been doing the same for a long time. How sad for Kenty, everything he touches, including Taylor turns to sh...
Then along came something additional, just when Kenty decided things couldn't get any worse, he found out, although he probably doesn't understand it yet - that the nature and the content of his sites, the stalking and threats, the excuses for paedophilia entitle a view that the hate-sites are populated by stalkers and pedo apologists because if you don't distinguish yourself from that behaviour you are seen as condoning it. Or to use a more colloquial term, if you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas.
But cheer up Kent maybe you'll get a second wind and won't be whining and whimpering at the next scheduled hearing.
I think the question should be, how thick does Kent Parker think everyone else is?
ReplyDeleteIt appears his massive ego has made the other members of his group, vulnerable. Is he so concerned about himself and scoring points against JK etc, that he hasn't stopped to think of the consequences for others?
He's demonstrated his incompetence, and now going to show his true nature by lining his own supporters up to take the consequences, whilst he sits back, supposedly immune.
Immune because, whilst he has incited his supporters to act, fed them with half-truths and lies, and worked on their sensitivities, they are the ones who have carried out his suggestions on their forums, trademe, and facebook. Whilst his own visible contribution has been mostly minimal, he has encouraged everyone else to place themselves in 'the line of fire'. They will take the fall, they'll pay the price, and 'the ego' will walk away, relatively unscathed. Afterall, he's even got them paying his expenses.
Unfortunately Kenty baby is chained to his own shipwreck, and even when the others abandon ship he'll sink.
