The poster superslueth continues to harass and lie about David Bain.
As you know he is an administrator on one of the hate-sites.
He repeats daily that David Bain was never strip searched on the day of the killings and therefore scratches on his chest were not seen. The 'scratches' make a complete case therefore that David was involved in the killings of his family. I have counted at least two hundred occasions in merely weeks where he has made this claim. Any uninformed person reading his posts would easily be convinced by this lie. The actual evidence that David was strip searched is on page 150 of the 2nd trial transcript. This has been brought to superslueths attention however, he deliberately misinterprets and claims the Doctor didn't fully do the examination although the record shows the examination was completed and the samples given to one of the two attending officers. Not one person in the house that morning or attending David that day has ever given evidence of seeing the scratches.
Further research provides a record of the search taking place as recorded in the depositions pre trial 1. I have copies of that and the transcript recording mentioned above.
I repeat, every day and often many times a day superslueth repeats this lie which no doubt convinces many that David Bain is guilty. That is persecution and harassment of the worst kind. The poster knows it is not true but uses anyway in his ongoing attack against a person he has publicly slandered and vilified on TM boards for over a year. It has to stop.
I have taken some legal advice about the matter and I understand that sanctions can be taken against both TM and the poster (real name Mike Stockdale of Palmerston North) to prevent David's ongoing harassment in this matter. I give you the opportunity to remove him from the boards so as to avoid further harm to David and to avoid the litigation that it appears I will have to take against TM as the publisher of superslueths defamation and messages of hate.
For the record, and understanding this correspondence will be material to any action I may have to take, I also point out I have extensive records of Stockdale defaming Joe Karam and others, lying about other significant pieces of evidence, and also his harassment and stalking of other posters. This is a very serious matter as I'm sure you appreciate. An opinion is one thing but deliberate lies intended to defame and harass others is illegal.
Should you need any clarification on any of the above from the official records I can provide it for you, but of course it isn't my credibility on the line but Stockdales and his host TM.

ReplyDeleteSupersleuths persistent posting of repetitive and untruthful comments, plus his manipulation of the messageboards, by quoting older posts, and answering them as if they are part of the current conversation, is making a mockery of the boards, and Trademe.
ReplyDeleteThey have it within their means to get rid of that thread. It has been voted off enough times, but TM have obviously over-ridden that system for both Bain threads.
Supersleuth is a fool, a liar, and knows he is wrong, but like most stubborn elderly men, who are useless in all other aspects of their lives, he's not going to give up what is probably the only thing between him and a mahogany coffin.
I do feel very strongly about the rantings and deliberate mis-truths by Stockdale (supersleuth). I have also had a brief discussion with a lawyer fried of mine and Nos is right. There are a couple of causes of action against this idiot.

ReplyDeleteHe's trying to blame Cybernana, his problem is he was told and additionally he makes things up. I posted about the strip search on their own site almost a year ago. I'm locked on to his fat arse now and I won't let go.
I'm confident about the approach I can take through the Courts and the paperwork is straight forward as is all the evidence of Stockdale's lies, and harassment.
TradeMe are well aware of the ongoing defamation and harassment of David Bain - it has been brought to their attention on numerous occasions over years. They only took action about the defamation of Joe Karam after Mr Karam took legal action. It seems, therefore, that they are of the opinion that it's not the defamation that matters, it's being caught; taken to task for it. That is an extremely immature attitude signifying a refusal to take proper responsibility. I hope David does take action, and it costs them big time.
ReplyDeleteStockdale wasn't told? Did he expect to be? I read he was an office rat, what's so important about him that he should be told of something. Truth is, he probably gets the brush off from all the phone calls he makes, and isn't actually told anything worthwhile.

ReplyDeleteWhat an example of this man's character and limited intellect. First of all he spreads a lie, then somebody points the evidence out in detail to him, which he then denies and blames in on a question that the defence should have asked. At no stage does he stop lying even when it would be clear to anybody with limited intelligence that a strip search took place and there was no contest to that ever raised by the Crown. So he has the evidence, he also has the entire lack of evidence to show there wasn't a strip search but continues to persecute David Bain with the type of lie that resonates with the weak minded or ill informed.
Finally, and not despite that he's been told, a passage from the deposition of the Doctor who conducted the strip search and intrusive examination and what does the arsehole do? Blames people who have told him already for not telling him, then concludes that despite all the evidence he doesn't believe anyway despite have absolutely no evidence to the contrary.
The guy is a persecuting, lying, arseh.le. If TM don't take action against him I'll take both TM and Stockdale to Court, regardless of that it would be a fairly safe bet he will end up in Court anyway. His efforts over this particular point are clear proof of his motivation - given enough rope he was always going to hang himself, but I never suspected it would be in such a foolish and obvious way.
