Rifle suction for Ralph Taylor and Mike Stockdale - Science triumphs over hate-siters

Exactly, a big problem for the prosecution, one of many of course. Do you have any information about the pressure inside the skull increasing because of a gunshot and how that might relate to the DNA finding it's way inside the rifle and silencer?

Yes-the paper I referenced is: Karger et al 1996, "In case of gunshots to the head, backspatter is reported to result from either a rapid expansion of gas trapped between the elastic skin and the skull with a resulting backwards stream of escaping gas (Fraenckel and Stragmann 1924; Werkgartner 1924; Weimann 1931; Stephens and Allen 1983; Pex and Vaughan 1987) or from high intracranial pressures caused by temporary cavitation (Weimann 1931; Sellier 1982).

From the same paper there is a "momentary suction effect of the barrel aspiring material into the muzzle (Brining and Wiethold 1934; Knight 1977)" This suction effect could contribute to Robins blood being found in the barrel.Clearly it needs to be a very close range shot for this to occur.

His paper is titled "Backspatter from experimental close-range shots to the head"

The paper explains how the spatter from intercranial over pressure can travel quite large distances (2m) compared to the initial very fine spatter that travels only about 1/2 m or so

  1. Meanwhile, back at the moron ranch, Mike Stockdale and Ralph Taylor are indulging a masturbatory frenzy of confirming their own beliefs. Between them, they have discounted the blood in the barrel, assuming somehow that because from the media reporting they can access it was 'only' mentioned in the summings up by Defence and Judge, it was not given in evidence. Quite how they can believe that, I can't see! As their cronies have claimed to have access to the trial transcript, they must surely know that Henstschell identified the blood in the barrel?

They perpetuate the myth of the 'hard contact' shot to Laniet, too, still having failed to understand that there was cushioning between her head and the gun and it therefore could not have been 'hard contact'.

All they are doing is continuing to reveal their own stupidity, ignorance, bigotry and cruelty.

  2. All is fine down on the moron ranch, they're discussing their own inbreeding.

Yes, according to Stockdale counsel are allowed to quote evidence that 'doesn't' exist, and just to reinforce it the Judge repeats it.

If they read this they'll know what the rest of have known for some time, that is which scientist gave the evidence. Stockdale is also convinced that any dna inside the barrel would not be removed with the next shot fired. That he is completely wrong on that points to it being a fact that the dna belonged to Robin.

I'm glad I reread that material parapenter posted because I was able to comprehend in a different (for me) way of how the dna arrived to its final resting place. The rifle barrel is emptied by the exhaust firing of the round, thereby creating a vacuum, causing air to rush back in momentarily until the air atmosphere air pressure is attained, or equalised. The air is rushing into a void taking with it anything within the suction area - in Robin's case, including his dna. This allowed travel of the dna through the silencer and deep into the barrel, whereas if it were spray with no suction it seems unlikely that the dna would travel more than millimetres inside the silencer if at all, because angles of the spray and the barrel would conflict limiting penetration.

  3. I needed to look this up...

'The album is based on the life of the Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei (1564 –1642), who, according to legend, muttered the phrase Eppur si muove, meaning "And yet it does move", after being forced to recant, in front of the Inquisition, his belief that the earth moved around the sun.'

I take the liberty of assuming that the subscriber suggests that even in the face of the truth - ignorance or hate shall not be moved. An unacceptable fact for the living.

  4. It is sickening the way they carry on their rehearsed and repeated conversations in TM. Who do they think they are fooling? The posts are so practised and nothing but a set up. I've seen them so often, I could type them word for word.

  5. Pretty much!
No matter what old rubbish those bigoted people come out with and insist on clinging to, the real truth is entirely independent of them.

Even the Pope apologised to Galileo on behalf of the Church...eventually. But only after irrevocable damage was done to the credibility of the Church by their persistence of insisting their own beliefs were truths in the face of the scientific proof that they were not.

It seems the same thing here, writ very small, by people who would apparently like to use the same methods as the Inquisition. Shame on them!

  6. FFS!!!
Stupidsloth has posted on Trademe that you have not got anything here about the blood in the barrel. Maybe you need to tell the bloody retard how to read comments. Should a man this dumb be allowed access to a computer?

  7. Actually I think you are right. It's been because Stockdale and Taylor even get mixed up between moron and retard awards, and also with who has quoted what that I simply thought it was just their general comprehension difficulties - but Jeeves still maintains it has not been revealed which scientiest found the DNA in the barell which is probably an indicator that they don't know how to read comments or think that by pushing the comment button they're required to comment.

Because this is not a hate-site and people are not excluded (apart from defamatory or sub-judice comment) they would be welcome to comment but I suspect that even they would realise their nonsense will quickly be revealed for what it is. I may yet make a new post with the information in it to get them on track if such a thing is possible.
