Here's another one, shocked as well... I am shocked and astounded that the BSA actually awarded Young a payout. To say that he was not given enough time to reply is ludicrous. I watched that doco and Bryan Bruce was very clear about who he was, and the purpose for his call. Mr Young simply dragged ass, then was obviously embarrassed when the program actually aired and due to prevailing political correctness has managed to successfully (well partially anyway) play the victim. Crikey, if that arguement had any genuine merit we could all claim that when something doesn't go our way eg " Aw gee the landlord wanted his rent, but I didn't pay it cos he didn't give me enough time to respond to his request." Or how's this one for size. " Aw didums I got a phone call from my bank. They told me who they were and that I was overdrawn. I'm suing them though, because they didn't give me the chance to argue back."

Who are the reputable commentators who have discredited the PCA report and where are the reports, I have not seen any but that is not to say they don't exist. I would like to read the report as I have a very strong interest in the reports of the police so called complaints Authority. I have read the report but not knowing a lot about the background to the report and the complaints lodged so comparing the report and its conclusions against them.

You know,David Bain got a lucky break on the morning of the murders.Dr Pryde only asked him if he had any other bruises,he didn't take a look for himself.Had he done so he would have seen those scratches.
OK,that omission did not affect the outcome of the first trial,but you have to wonder if there would have even been a retrial.I mean how on earth would the defence team been able to explain away those scratches?There is no way Bain could have got them from falling backwards.
