Reporting back to base....

As an observer, I have seen that all who enter that site have had their brains sucked out like there is a giant brain vacuum cleaner or something in there. Please wait until nos emerges, he may need more of your help and understanding unless he wore his tinfoil hat when entering. I hope he did.

Phew...that was lucky escape, talk about hungry for love - they're insatiable that lot. There should be warning signs, I wasn't expecting anything like that. Fortunately, when old goobergolfgoose went to suck my brains out she had the vacuum on blow instead of suck. The entire contents of 26 hangbainers skulls was contained in the bag and I expected a great shower of dna but there wasn't a skerrick. Now I understand more of their problems, the poor sisters - they were always brainless.

I stole away in the early morning when they were all snoring and muttering about who was going to pull the trap door lever and send me into oblivion at the end of kal's specially and lovingly plaided rope. I'll never go back there unless I'm really, really desperate for some more loving. When I recover my senses I might report other details, in the meantime I can't get in the house because the parrots are bombarding me with avocados.

Bugger this by Goodnewsguy.

Well bugger this I can tell you that. This could be my last post. I'm sick of it, had a guts full really. I work my fingers to the bone going undercover and spying on everybody, take the evening off to watch the rugby with the Mad Captain McMahon and old Wayne Whiskers putting up with all the lies and exaggeration that goes with that only to find Nos has gone undercover in my absence and joined mother goobergoose's hate-site.

I'm sick of the bugger and all his namby pampy talk making out that he's never done anything wrong in his rotten life. He's so tight he's got his pockets sewn up. He thinks there's no skill needed going undercover and that anybody can do it. Well, he'll probably never return. That'll be the end of him, he'll probably be chased off into cyber space by a pack of barking dogs. Woof, woof, I can hear it now. His only chance will be if old kalpal starts rolling around in cowpats and gets in a fight with goobergoose over the fresher ones.

I bet the stupid bugger isn't even wearing a disguise. I'm not annoyed about it or anything. No, no, no, I'm not disappointed and angry. Not at all. It's doesn't bother me one bit. In fact, I'm happy about it. Yes. I just want to get my hands around his neck and give it a squeeze. That's all, nothing violent. I never really liked him anyway. He's always tricking me over my pay and the biggest bits of cake. What if he comes back and his parrots are gone - I bet he never thought of that. I'm going to talk to them. Maybe we can go on strike, perch up the back in the avocado tree and throw the green ones at him. He won't like that Mr 007.

Kent Parker - a message from on high.

Thanks for the following from Kent at Counterspin.
I'll take the opportunity to post comment about campmother's claims.
I do this with the full knowledge that Kent can't ban me, how sad for him. He hates free speech.

It's official. The police investigation into the Bain murders was good. It wasn't excellent. The Police Complaints Authority found that one or two agents for the police made errors and there was a problem with supply of material which led to the pathologist making a late entry but overall it was a good investigation. Any assertions that the investigation was a "complete and utter shambles" can only be considered "unmitigated rubbish".

A good investigation doesn't result in an 'actual miscarriage of justice.' The PCA finding was prior to the Privy Council ruling that states by inference that the investigation wasn't 'good,' the second verdict confirms that. The argument is pointless anyway, Kent's intent on holding onto an untenable position in anyway he can - this is a further display of that.

But none of this matters if you are on a mission to denigrate and defame the investigation for your own purposes and use your celebrity status to press the message home in books and booklets using powerful and uncompromising language. If you do it forcefully enough, eventually you will even get your detractors to accept the idea that the investigation was a shambles. Propaganda is an insidious and pervasive phenomenon. If we were to analyse the average person's average working day then we would have no trouble in "poking it full of holes". We are none of us perfect but also there are hundreds of ways of carrying out even the simplest tasks and another person can easily argue that their way is better. Propaganda also involves repeating the ideas at every available opportunity, like with a TV commercial, slipping it craftily in between other statements, so that it becomes fully embedded in the listener's psyche.

Unfortunately, Kent betrays too easily his jealousy of Joe Karam here and that overshadows what little he has to say. Attaching the words propaganda is propaganda itself. Kent's arguments are shallow, much like his fractured personality and need for elevation at the expense of others. The 'fear' of propaganda readily applies to people that Kent nurtures with the idea that his language and claims are not propaganda. I suppose it is fairly classic, but unfortunately for me (and others) too transparent.

In a similar vein, assertions that Robin Bain was suffering depression and was on a downward spiral that could trigger into violence at any moment, are groundless. For every report of Robin the teacher overseeing a writing exercise about a violent family incident, or hitting one of his children there is also a report about how Robin would never hurt a fly, was always courteous and good humoured and was a very good teacher. The reasonable person would balance these up, but another person, seeking to denigrate and defame would ignore all the positive stories and focus and magnify all the negative stories to their advantage. Further to this, Robin had never sought psychological treatment, that we know of, and was working full time at the time of the murders, so in pure clinical terms there is no grounds for the assertion of depression. We understand though, that there was testimony from a psychologist who thought that Robin suffered from depression but this was purely anecdotal and not based on any proper investigation. We can accept that it is possible that Robin could have had a raging suppressed condition that unleashed itself suddenly on that morning in June 1994 but there is no evidence for it. In such a case Robin would not have bothered with wearing gloves and would most certainly have left a very clear physical trail.

This is very petty and shows Kent cannot fathom what the adversial system is about. The defence were not tasked with Kent's fanatical idolisation of the fallen Robin Bain. Just as the Crown were not tasked with selling the virtues of David. The defence's task was to ensure that David was acquitted for a crime that he did not commit, not to build some monument to Kent's fallen hero. In more fundamental terms, men generally, avoid talking about depression even to their doctors. He talks about a 'raging suppressed condition' and that there was no evidence of it before the murders, if he was more read on the subject he would realise that raging suppressed condition is a common event in familicides. He totally ignores evidence that Robin had displayed anger, weakening Kent's argument further. He then falls back on the gloves as being incomprehensible that Robin would wear them. He, foolish person that he is, assumes too much. We don't know what Robin's first intentions might have been on that morning, we only know how his 'raging suppressed condition' culminated.

However, if it suits your cause, and in view of the fact that you can freely defame the dead, then it is a good plan to also slip in 30 second advertisements of the Robin-Bain-was-psychotically-depressed-kind in between your other sentences as well. Eventually you will so indoctrinate your audience that it becomes universally accepted that he was indeed psychotically depressed. But, hello, there is no clear evidence for it. This is evidence that doesn't exist. He just as equally may not have been psychotically depressed. Again, a reasonable person would give him the benefit of the doubt.

Here Kent relies on the anguish felt by his followers that Robin is defamed in death. He uses the hysteria of his fellows to sell Robin as the victim. He suggests that the public generally are incapable of making their own decisions and need his interpretations otherwise they will be 'indoctrinate(d).' With this type of language he 'exerts' control over the thinking processes of his devotees that they not be 'indoctrinated' but rather be free-thinking and hold the same views as his own. He wants Robin to be given the benefit of the doubt, but just as Robin wasn't on trial there can be no benefit of the doubt afforded him, rather the circumstances of his 'condition' as set out by witnesses be considered dispassionately. Robin, or the memory of him, must be content with what witnesses who met him, preceding the murders and his suicide, recalled - that's call evidence and is the basis of our system of Justice. The jury were tasked with making reasonable decisions on our behalf, and did so.

A reasonable person would have to say that the police investigation was good and that there is no evidence that Robin Bain was psychotically depressed. These are ideas that have been promoted and continue to be promoted in an attempt to force onto the public a particular point of view. At the present time, these ideas continue to be promoted publicly, while in the background an attempt is being made to gain further taxpayer money in the form of compensation. The public need to have awareness of the very one sided nature of the campaign that surrounds the dissemination of these ideas and given the opportunity to have that imbalance redressed. That is the purpose of CounterSpin.

Here Kent closes with the mantra of 'a reasonable person.' Unfortunately, as his own activities have shown he has little idea of what is reasonable and what is not. I believe it is unreasonable to stalk and harass people with different opinions, to stalk and harass their family members on the basis of their family relationships. I believe it is unreasonable to deliberate stalk a Juror, and to spread misinformation and hate. Kent Parker is not a reasonable man and his blog once again shows that.

Melanie - again

Anonymous said...
Very little is said by most of the ex student's of Bayfield High. There remains a dignified silence, out of respect for their dead friend's and classmate's. A dignity that appears to have escaped sweet_ad,

It was strange none of Melanie White's school friends went to the 'memorial'. Could it be that she wasn't as well known to the Bain family, as she would like us to believe and her fellow classmates know this, and didn't support her media circus, and attention seeking behaviour?

You are probably right as to why some fellow classmates didn't support the hoped-for media circus. I have trouble connecting with any reason why a person would want to 'claim' victims in this way. I think it tells us a lot more about the under-riding reasons for the support of the dead Robin Bain, I think it serves more the fragile complexions and personalities of the supporters rather than anything of real material value of the dead man. Like a lot of things unusual about the Bain case the support and destruction of the Bain family go hand in hand - something that one could have mixed feelings about anyway, but to then add in the persecution of the only 'survivor' or Robin's reign makes things appear as they really are, and as the persecutors really are - sick.

When I wrote my letter to Kalnovitch I understood then, if not before, the effect these people have on one another because they are too cowardly to draw restraining lines of their behaviour, too cowardly to be honest with themselves and so become victims of their own making. They're locked into a false reality and take sustenance from the 'fact' that they're the only ones that can see the 'truth' and that lesser mortals are in fact like mindless sheep for not being able to see the same 'truth.' I think this blind belief in the 'truth' is what allows them to so readily dismiss their own mistakes or misguided beliefs about evidence. They've convinced themselves they're protected by 'right.' It's truly an unusual public phenomenon to witness in NZ. It's frightening also in a way because with it comes suddenly the realisation that these people, ordinary looking that they may be, are actually capable of such viciousness and hate. They sup on hate and lies and find sustenance from it. They are a pack, and oddly enough there are some characteristics they have in common, regionally, hobbies etc. Yes, they are a pack.

I don't think we were quite ready for them, but we are ready for them now and I can even take the compassionate view that many of them will probably need psychological help to recover, to be debriefed and de-anguished. They were/are the perfect sheep for indoctrination and what they cite as a joyous song of righteousness is in fact plainly a mantra of hate that allows them freedom or immunity to break social mores.

Poor Melanie is desperately looking for another 'Friend' it seems. Perhaps someone who might one day attend a memorial with her to double the numbers. I guess things between her and Kent aren't going well. That was always going to be difficult for her. There are so many vying for his attention, his mirror, his other mirror, photos of himself, himself, the self-portrait he's doing, the tv show he's writing about himself, the book about himself, the magazine articles about himself he keeps churning out but which no one will publish because they're so boring, vickygirl, supersnot and of course the self-described 'sweet_ad' Melanie. It's kind of sad in a tragic romantic way - the desperate, devoted follower so keen to make herself available and 'known' to the genius messiah. He seems such a cold man not to realise that sweet_ad would be happy just with a sidelong glance from him, a gesture of dismissal and impatience even, or just one or two items from what I understand is his very dirty underwear.

dcameron - newsflash.

By special correspondent GNG

Well it's happened. Denise Cameron, formerly a legal advisor/employee in a legal firm has taken advice from vickygirl purkess and supergoof. What a breakthrough!

For any children that don't recall, dcameron worked in a Crown law office where she became the only person in the world to view particular photos that don't exist. I tell ya, seeing something that doesn't exist is no mean feat, or feet either.

Well anyway, dcameron has rhino skin, getting caught out bsing wouldn't slow her down a beat. Within seconds she'd be saying that it was somebody else lying, you know the sort. She got a warning letter from a certain message board and couldn't understand why, so she posted it on her hate-site so that some other genius could help work out what the problem was.

Just when you're sitting with your line in a bucket of cold turps and slowly realising that you've got the wrong bait or the wrong ocean, along came vickygirl and goosebumps. It was fun watching vickygirl whose flimsy butt is being sued from here to China, and goosebumps who thinks defamation is an aphrodisiac he should been have swallowing 30 years ago when it might have worked, give old dcameron, the ex legal person and the only one in the world to see certain photos that don't exist, some legal advice. It kind of makes snooping worthwhile.

Outing the TM stalkers

Subject: The Criminal Stalker superslueth

Attention Marissa and Johan'

At a time when TM are facing defamation charges and at a time when it is possible that David Bain might bring charges against TM for ongoing defamatory harassment, I see that you have invited back the banned stalker superslueth (Mike Stockdale) to continue his defamation and no doubt in short order his stalking. This 'man' is on record as having admitted stalking a Crown witness, several TM posters and members, along with several Jurors from The Bain Trial. I have records of all of this which I am happy to provide should you have any doubts.

That TM allow this sponsor and member of a hate-site to post his material, much of which was rejected by the Daily newspapers for publication, is bizarre. That TM allow this after this 'man' has spoken candidly of his stalking and his intentions is beyond comprehension that TM as publisher or co-publisher, or enabler, give this 'Man' opportunity to continue his offending. Why do Trade Me so willingly provide a venue for these hate-siters to peddle their filthy trade? To this point, there appears only one answer - complicity.

I note that since beginning this email, I now see the 'poster' supersleuth has already re-acquainted himself with one of his victims, proving once again that TM have no respect for the safety of their members and allow known victimisers multiple opportunities to offend. Doesn't look good for the Court Case that TM are still unable to control their own boards.

Ban this poster and do the world a favour.
