Many people find it hard to believe that gunshot residue tests were not taken.But at the time Detective Weir decided that the need to preserve the scene and bodies undisturbed was of prior importance.DSS Doyle concurred.Of course it is easy to be wise in hindsight.And if the same crime scene was to happen today,at least Robin Bain's hands would have been bagged quite promptly.

But had tests been done at the time,I am sure Robin Bain's hands would not have had GSR on them,unless that GSR was transferred from David Bain.

There are two aspects to the taking of GSR that the retardedsleuth conveniently overlooks.
1. The obvious in that if GSR swabs had been taken before Robin Bain was moved the results would have been definitive. 2 The fact that no attempt was made at a crucial stage in the investigation shows clearly that the investigation was flawed and a shambles.
Aren't there laws about being a nuisance in a public place? Surely someone could use them on Trade me to get rid of that idiot.He's taken idiocy to new levels.It is embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteIt was to save us from embarrassment that I was forced to roll out the seldom used 'Emergency Moron Of The Week Award.'Because it plainly was an emergency, the reputation of the nation was at risk, so I needed to move quickly for the sake of any overseas visitors or viewers in case they were left with a false impression and thought that such moronship passed for normal in these parts. Any suggestions that shrouds of GSR could be passed by fingertips, or that fingertip contact from a hand with GSR on it would not leave a fingerprint or at least an indentifying smudge or spot of some sort needed to be immediately corrected. I hope (though it seems forlorn) that Stockdale with confine himself to regular bouts of moronship rather than constant episodes or funding might be needed to set up an 'Emergency Moron Department' at the local hospital or sanitarium - just for Stockdale and the other twisted sisters as their mental 'fitness' continues to deteriorate.
ReplyDeleteEmergency Moron of the Week, yes supersleuth qualifies for this Award. Poor old guy, tries hard to keep the TM thread going by repeating time and time again his take on the retrial of David Bain. Too late moron, the verdict was delivered 16 months ago. Not guilty 5 times.
ReplyDeleteAnd now Ralph Taylor is feeling left out. He says there was no blood inside the silencer (so Hentschell was lying?). He says that it was not an upwards trajectory ...um, well yes it was, about 10 - 15 degrees from the horizontal. WHO is feeding him that stuff?
ReplyDeleteYes according to Ralph Taylor, Hentschell was lying, Mr Reed repeated the lie and so did the Judge or alternatively Ralph is a liar. I'll go for Ralph Taylor being the liar. The upward trajectory absolutely slays their argument and that is why they need to lie about it. If it weren't so serious, in that these people are filthy, lying persecutors, you could laugh at the mongrels - not denying though that I often do.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea who is feeding him this nonsense, he could merely be making it up in desperation. I feel that one day we will know exactly and that some of the hate-siters are bound by unhealthy interest in children, just like daddy Robin was. Stockdale's comment regarding the abuse on Laniet (which Stockdale didn't regard as abuse) ie is a father describing to a daughter how to put fingers inside her self, tells us a lot about this group. They are not healthy individuals, even the women among them who are particularly the worst stalkers creeping into the lives and families of opponents. The Currans, Williams, OBriens and Newtons show that the main part of the hangbainers armoury is to stalk families of those they see as opponents.
