Obviously, the person they're stalking, now fore-armed will go to the police. So if the nancy boys feel disappointed they're welcome to stalk me but I don't think they have the fortitude somehow.
Well, these posters have now posted a clear intent of criminal activity. Activity which if carries through would cause a great deal of inconvenience and irritation to other people. The threat alone is causing expense and concern to some extremely busy conference organisers. While it may be intended as some sort of sick joke, there is no way of knowing that, and the organisers have to take it seriously. This is therefore a criminal matter. And a criminal matter endorsed by several of the JFRB administrators.
ReplyDeleteAs things have transpired with Stockdale and others, this argument of a joke has been used more that once. However, the point is, as I'm sure the Courts will appreciate, that the joke is at the expense of someone being stalked in this case and others. Harassment is harassment, belonging to a hate-site that stalks jurors and others isn't joking matter, threatening private citizens is no joke either - the only joke is that these idiots think others are stupid enough to accept that deliberate stalking and threats by an organised group is going to be believed as being anything other than sinister and intentional.
