Morning both,

 

I am sure you have realised that the Crown has now been served notice of the fact that Scott's case is now primed to fit the Hall precedent. Which if thought through needs to become the focus of the Appeal. You may now decide, that the Appeal indeed must focus on the hidden Crown evidence. And should prep for that require time, there are good grounds for Scott's to be bailed. The case should virtually be over apart from the mopping up.
