What a surprise, gutless Stockdale and Ralph Taylor won't put money on proving they're not liars.

Instead they'll keep bsing away on TM pretending that they're not pedo supporters supporting a dead pedo.

So there it is, rotten daddy's dna blown back and sucked by the vacuum of the fired round into the barrel.

The Court (Judge) even asked a question about it to confirm that organic material such as dna would be cleared from the rifle by the previous shot and that therefore the dna found in the barrel belonged to the man who molested his daughters, who was depressed, angry at being passed over for jobs, estranged by his own family leaning his left temple against the rifle that belonged to his son and made himself the fifth to die that morning. If he couldn't have his family, no one could have them, if he had to go on alone, he would take them with him, the man who Mike Stockdale thought that it was acceptable to tell his young daughter how to put her fingers inside herself. But not pedos, no no no. No dna in the rifle, no no no. No intimate samples taken from David but not from daddy, no no no. No 'magic' evidence arriving days after searches, no new evidence emerging after 15 years, no no no.

And no bet from the wan...s.

Not one filthy hate-siter prepared to front up and put money where their mouths full of horseshit are.

  2. You didn't really think they would, did you?

Any money they've got, is going to be need to bail out the super clever, high moralled, open thinking Kent Parker's butt.

Stockdale has backed himself into a corner, and has nothing left to fight with. Ralphy, Vic and the goldnhag are doing their best to help, but it just ain't working.

  3. Probably not realistically. But I thought something might reside in them to need to know the truth, to be able to support the crap that runs out of them like water from a burst dam. I thought that perhaps they'd like to satisfy themselves with the truth to in someway give reason for their persecution because persecuting somebody in this way is barbaric, medieval horror. Or more simply I thought there might be some decency in them that would align with others, such as if you don't know 'shut up,' and if reckon you do 'put up or shut up.' But the fight remains in the early stages and already their numbers dwindle, their money has run out, they infight - they lose. Every single target they've set themselves they've failed to attain.

  5. Wednesday. The 4 pm deadline approaches. will they? won't they? I think we all can guess the answer to that. They dare not, because, at the end of the day, they know that they don't know. And thus they know they are knowingly claiming something as true about which they are unsure. And so they are liars. If they take the bet, it at least would show that perhaps they are merely mistaken, not deliberate liars.

  6. If they took the bet it would show they're mistaken, rather than as it clearly appears deliberately lying. That they were mistaken would be a concession to their advantage, excusing in some way their behaviour although ultimately guesswork or mistaken or deliberate behaviour they display all constitutes persecution. They're wrong, but not only that they're wrong in their actions toward another man who has been through hell.

  7. The only possible moral justification for their behaviour towards David Bain (and Joe Karam) would be if they were absolutely, 100% certain, based on incontestable evidence, that David murdered his family.

That there is no such evidence is clear from the outcome of the trial.

It is therefore undeniable that they cannot be - and never could be - absolutely certain. Therefore their behaviour cannot be morally justified. They have, as you say, persecuted - and continue to harass and persecute - a man who has been subjected to unimaginable injustice on top of unimaginable personal tragedy.

I don't know what 'evil' is, but this sort of behaviour seems to fit the bill.
