The evidence is very in depth and revealing and may well stand alone without further supporting material.
Reading the evidence gives one the impression that you are all keen to be dealt with by the Courts and that in effect you have provided online confessions.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure genuine and reasoned apologies would be accepted. Generally however, people capable of stalking others not directly involved in the Bain case, or either those involved and carrying out public duty, would unlikely to be genuine about anything except pure hate. It would seem impossible to accept an apology from a person who stalked children or partners of those involved or on the periphery for example. Likewise reason would be beyond them. Nobody who has held a genuine opinion and who has contained themselves lawfully and decently inside normal boundaries need apologise to anyone.

This Mr Stockdale is paragraph 44 of the PCA, Police assisted cover up document. I know you read this blog before you make your daily fool of yourself on TM but this is intended to help you out. (I also realise you are beyond help).

Judge Jaine Mr Stockdale was hand picked to head the PCA and the decision above is typical of the one eyed conclusion he would normally come to. Do you notice that he says “it was the police case there was none on Robin”. He accepts that it was the police case that there was no GSR on Robin Bain even though the police had NOT tested for GSR. He goes further later in the report stating police at least tested for GSR at the morgue where Robin had been MOVED to some three (3) hours later.
The ringing in your ears Mr Stockdale is alarm bells. The police investigation was a shambles and the PCA report was nothing more or less than a cover up.
Yes, a simple answer for simpletons by Judge Jaine. That the police knew there was no GSR on Robin without even testing and also by ignoring the fact that there was absolutely no doubt there would have had to have been GSR on Robin by virtue of the close proximity of the barell to his head on the final shot and the patterns of that, and shielded areas would have enable a clearer picture of his death, the position of his limbs and so forth.

It was imperative that a GSR test be done, and the excuse for not testing David is nonsense because GSR can be picked up from clothing hair, floor, walls, curtains etc. The claim of not doing the test because he had washed his hands is pure nonsense.
Speaking about nonsense, I saw the fully qualified bshitting liar Lindsay Kennard explain to another poster what 'intimate' body samples are. Again no one corrected him. He's one sick lying puppy whose fixation with fiddling, drugs and alcohol is disturbing. He should be banned from the boards, just as Mr Watson snr has told him to shut his mouth because of the damage he causes to Scott Watson in his attempts to 'help' him.

Many people find it hard to believe that gunshot residue tests were not taken.But at the time Detective Weir decided that the need to preserve the scene and bodies undisturbed was of prior importance.DSS Doyle concurred.Of course it is easy to be wise in hindsight.And if the same crime scene was to happen today,at least Robin Bain's hands would have been bagged quite promptly.
ReplyDeleteSo far as David Bain was concerned,well it is now known he had washed his hands thoroughly to remove printers ink,and tests for GSR could have proved negative anyway.And David Bain could claim he had touched the rifle,as he had done to explain his fingerprints on it.
Furthermore,even if GSR had been found on Robin Bain's hands ,this would not have excluded the possibility that it could have been transferred from David Bain if he moved Robin's hands to make it look like suicide.

This is proof positive that Stockdale is retarded.
Its quite simple and far too simple for this moron. If the cops had tested Robin where he lay the case was solved. GSR on Robin's arms face hands etc proved he had used the gun. Nothing and David was the killer regardless of David's state when the cops turned up.
The Bain case became complicated when the cops tried to manufacture evidence against David and retards like Stockdale make the simplest things complicated to simply cover up their embarrassment of being wrong and stupid.
I agree, rather than expose the obvious flaws in the Police Investigation, Stockdale and the others should realise the damage they are underlining and pack up their teepees and head for the High Court in preparation for the next role they will play in their own misfortune.
