She would have been aged just 17. It is extremely likely that part of her “initiation” involved being forced to have sex with Dunedin police officers. And one of those officers was quite likely Detective Sergeant Milton Weir – the man who later controversially spearheaded the Bain family murder investigation and allegedly planted evidence to implicate David Bain." - let's not forget this corrupt individual.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4909488748140942076.post-60802917113309340352013-11-03T12:15:06.548+13:002013-11-03T12:15:06.548+13:00This case really isn't that hard and I really ...This case really isn't that hard and I really fail to see how so many can't see it and overcomplicate it, of course none of Robins deluded supporters will even look at the final death scene or try to explain how he was "murdered" yet it is so straightforward and has fooled a great many including the initial investigation.
Unbelievable!
Rowannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4909488748140942076.post-47526500601452452822013-11-03T09:14:29.620+13:002013-11-03T09:14:29.620+13:00I don't, but if there were any that questioned...I don't, but if there were any that questioned that unbelievable time duration Van Beynan was not among them. Also amazing is that the photographer didn't see the lens he was photographing. Obviously he wouldn't do as a wedding photographer because he would photograph an empty space and later say that the happy couple had been in that space but somehow disappeared. Van Beynan would believe that. Kent would also believe that. In fact he would support his belief by pointing out that Vic actually appeared at the defamation trial but was hiding under a dive boot when the wedding photographer thought he'd be mischievous and photograph another empty space and send it to Van Beynan for analysis.Nostalgia-NZhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17048029433699816931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4909488748140942076.post-45966249485789775362013-11-02T16:20:50.344+13:002013-11-02T16:20:50.344+13:00Someone should have asked how a lens could be seen...Someone should have asked how a lens could be seen by a camera, while being unseen by investigators, for 3 1/2+ days, in a tiny floor area. Do you know if any reporter(s) questioned that unbelievable time duration, before Joe Karam questioned it in David and Goliath?Leehttp://superfly.co.nznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4909488748140942076.post-41005864638842961582013-11-01T09:06:23.493+13:002013-11-01T09:06:23.493+13:00Peter Robinson wasn't mesmerised beyond, it se...Peter Robinson wasn't mesmerised beyond, it seems, some domestic matters of his own. He appears to have been keen not to have any potential 'pesky' evidence against Robin tested, in fact he was keen to 'clean up' the police station and throw it out. He didn't have time apparently to consider those lost hours and it must have been perfectly reasonable for a man not tasked with the job to 'find' the lens after hours where others had already searched.Nostalgia-NZhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17048029433699816931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4909488748140942076.post-34484208996396188492013-11-01T08:09:54.330+13:002013-11-01T08:09:54.330+13:00I'd like to understand how (apparently) all 19...I'd like to understand how (apparently) all 1995 court observers believed that an eyeglass lens, allegedly leaning against a skating boot, in ~3 square meters of floor area, could be photographed at noon on 20 June 1994, but not found for more than 80 1/2 hours. Transcript excerpts in Trial by Ambush indicate that court observers knew the 80.5+ hour time difference, and they should have known the size of an eyeglass lens, relative to a skate boot, a shoe rack, and Stephen Bain's feet, 45 centimeters.north of the alleged lens, in a tiny floor area. Joe Karam said, in David and Goliath, that the lens deserved it's own book, which could help to explain how the professional reporters and all others apparently could be mesmerized to believe the time difference.
